I own two Brokerages: Eagle Ridge Realty and Signature Homes & Estates.
Eagle Ridge Realty is dedicated to the wonderful Eagle Ridge golf course community located in Gilroy, CA. Signature Homes & Estates, although licensed to practice real estate throughout California, mainly specializes in home sales located throughout the South County area of Santa Clara County.
We are an independent Brokerage, serving the needs of our clients, rather than shareholders of a big corporation. We do not operate under any franchise agreement. Our clients are are main concern. We advertise the HOMES, not the company. There is a difference.
We are members of the local Multiple Listing Service, which means if we list your home, we unload a sales force of approximately 18,000 agents to help us sell your home.

This is our slogan. I trademarked it a few years back, and it is also our motto we live by. We have a fantastic track record amongst our 13 agents of getting homes SOLD.
What has made us so successful? Well, for starters, we don't do short sales. We let other agents get bogged down in the mud on those. Second, our brokerage welcomes buyers. We don't trip over everyone else to hustle listings. We only take listings that are priced to sell. In today's market, that is what "keeps the lights on". We won't waste your time (or ours) and we deliver on our promises. The Broker, Gary Frimann, is the only Broker in the entire South County who holds the ABRM (Accredited Buyer Representation Manager) designation from the National Association of REALTORS. It is one of such 6 designation and certifications he holds, making him the most decorated agent in the South County. Gary Frimann is also one of the real estate intructors at Gavilan Community College.
